Shipping Policy

At Spring Living, we strive to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered in a timely and secure manner. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this shipping policy.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment. Personalized, customized, or high-demand items may require additional processing time. Customers are encouraged to review estimated delivery times at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use trusted courier partners for all deliveries. Shipping charges, methods, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, location, and availability. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Spring Living is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery and Inspection

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the package upon receipt. Any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies should be documented with photographs or video evidence and reported to Spring Living within 24 hours. Failure to provide timely notification may affect eligibility for claims or refunds. you order will be delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on location and courier services.

RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

All orders are prepaid only; we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after the final attempt due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unreachable contact, or customer unavailability, the package will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

  • If the customer requests re-dispatch, they must pay the RTO charges of both sides (return + new dispatch) before the order is shipped again.
  • If the customer requests a refund, the refund amount will be processed after deducting the shipping charges of both sides (forward + return).

Re-dispatch or refund will only be processed once the returned parcel has been received at our facility.

Personalization and Product Variations

Products that are personalized or handcrafted may exhibit minor variations or slight flaws in color, design, or texture. These variations are considered normal and do not constitute a defect. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and images prior to ordering.

International Shipping

For customers ordering from outside India, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may also vary due to international shipping procedures and regulations.

Liability and Exceptions

Spring Living is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. While we make every effort to ensure the safe and timely delivery of products, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
